Kateryna Pidhurska

I’m Kateryna Pidhurska, an international nail expert, educator, and championship judge with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. My career includes 15 years as a top-performing nail technician and the past 5 years dedicated to international education and professional training.

Over the years, I have focused not only on perfecting technique, but on understanding how to build strong, high-performing salon teams. My goal is to help salons improve both the quality of their services and their overall business performance through structured, practical training.

I am a multiple-time winner of the Pro Beauty GCC Championship in Dubai, taking first place in 2020 and 2022, and becoming the Grand Winner in 2023. Today, I also serve as a competition judge, contributing to industry standards and supporting the development of new professionals.

My work has taken me across Africa, Latin America, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, where I have trained technicians and salon teams with different levels of experience and business needs. This international exposure allows me to adapt my training approach to each salon individually.

I have developed my own signature technique and training system designed specifically for real salon environments. My method helps reduce service time without compromising quality, minimizes physical strain for technicians, and delivers strong, long-lasting results. At the same time, it creates consistency across the team, which is essential for building client trust and increasing salon performance.

I also prepare technicians for competitions and professional growth. I have trained more than 10 students for championships, and three of them became Grand Prize winners. This reflects my commitment to developing professionals to an international level.
